I was right, someone got a hold of my Amex. Spoke to Kenneth Cole yesterday. They mailed me to verify shipping for a $500 order. Amex will replace the card. I wonder how this happened? :-[ Good thing I check my statements carefully and question my sanity everyday. 
This is my first credit card fraud in my whole damn life!
