“The One” (relationship one, not the superhero one) is a nice tempting theory with one major flaw. Just because you see “The One” in someone doesn’t necessarily mean they see you the same way. Mutual agreement is extremely rare case. So you will say then what do I see around me, all these couples, etc. etc. Well, they think they’ve found “The One” or are searching for “The One”. Sooner or later they will realize how hard the task is. Human lifetime is not long enuff for such task. Eventually most people settle for whoever is closest to their version of “The One” or the person they can tolerate most. There’s slight chance they might run into their ideal/real “The One” in their lifetime but without extreme sacrifice on both or at least one person’s side it would be very hard for them to be together. Whoever made the most sacrifice might regret this decision later. And cold hard truth is, there is no way to judge a person to find out if they fit “The One” specifications best. We usually rely on feelings and we all know, decisions based on feelings are rarely our best decisions. Complicated! Maybe I’m just too bitter or jaded. Or maybe you are too naive to believe in “The One” theory and not the one I just presented to you. That is fine, because you need a reason to live, something to justify your existence, purpose. But note that what I’ve said makes sense, deep down you know it! There’s got to be something more to life than growing up, going to school, work, family life, kids etc. I like to think so but I know in the end life is nothing but a pointless piece of crap. It is up to each individual person to choose what they want to do with life as it is presented to them. They can either fight or give in. If they want to find some type of content, something to fill the void, so called happiness, they will have to give into the system. If you want to find the hidden truth, look for something more, you can spend you whole life looking. Will you find something? Who knows, you could be the one who finds the truth. To all women out there, if being in a long term relationship, getting married, having kids is what makes a person mature then I’m glad ya’ll are not ruling the world. Both you and I have seen enuff married dumbass married with kids man and woman. I don’t have to make any case, they are living examples human waste! So called maturity comes from within, another person or travelling the world does not make one mature. Decision making, how one carries themselves, how one treats another living being, how one deals with all the crap life throws at a person and many other countless factors make one person mature and no one is qualified to judge how mature another person is. If you judge someone by few limited factors then you are not mature. We can be certain only senior citizens qualify as mature. Not because they are wiser ’cause we’ve seen enuff dumbass senior citizens, because of their physical attributes. In the end, nothing really matters. We’ll all die anyway.
